Introducing . . . LB Boxes

It’s a big day over here at Lunchbox Babies!!!!

I have been working on something for awhile that I never thought I would mention, but that has all changed as of today! I’m growing the Lunchbox Babies brand, and I am SOOO excited about it.

I LOVE all things birthdays and holidays. I mean, we celebrate the 30 days of Reid in our house each summer! Ha! I love celebrating those people that I love and that need some love.

So, today, I am launching LB Boxes! I am open for business, friends! Woohoo! And a HUGE thank you to my amazing friend, Courtney of The Blue Coco, that is always so generous with her talents and creating me the perfect logo!

SO excited! Let me tell you how this started, and the very special box that has my heart.

Since I started this blog in in 2018, I have been honored to have walked many women through their stories of infertility and loss. I have chatted over the phone, over email, over coffee at Starbucks. And, a handful of times, I have given a gift box to those women that are knee deep in the throws of grief. It is a box full of personal items she can use to grieve, heal, and take care of herself. So many times, people that have not lost a child through miscarriage or infant loss don’t know how to handle their grieving friend or family member. I have loved the opportunity to step in and help a time or two with this little gift.

For the last little bit, I have called this gift “The Miscarriage Box”, but then Reid gave me THE best idea . . . so, for the first time, introducing “The Sophie Box”. Sweet Reid!

The Sophie Box

For those of you that aren’t familiar with my story, we lost Sophie Caroline in June of 2017 at 20 weeks pregnant. Throughout my journey, I have had nine miscarriages, but having to deliver Sophie was on another level. My grief was strong, and I needed help through prayers, therapy, and special people to pull me through.

It is through my experience of living that heartache that I created The Sophie Box, and I am excited to share it with more people that are walking that road. The road is hard. It is lonely. And, sometimes, just a little gesture like this can be a bright spot on a very hard day.

This box sells for $150, and 10% of all proceeds of The Sophie Box will be donated to M.E.N.D, a local non-profit charity that helps women go through the healing process after miscarriage or infant loss. If you are in the Dallas, I will deliver personally free of charge. If you are outside of Dallas, I can easily ship to you. And, personalize further.

Sweet Sophie. Reid and I have always wanted to honor her in some way. I think that helping other women through their heartbreak is the perfect way!
