Happy Friday! I am CRAWLING into this weekend, and pumped it is Friday! Lots of early mornings and late nights this week – all fun stuff – so, I am looking forward to vegging on the couch this evening. Here is this week’s Friday Favorites. Short & Sweet!

ONE

Last night, Reid and I were so thrilled to attend an event honoring Art House Dallas. Art House Dallas works to cultivate creativity for the common good. They work with community and local artists to nurture people who love to learn, grow and create together. We had SUCH a great time learning about the wonderful things Art House Dallas is doing in our community, and really enjoyed the amazing music. Issac Slade from The Fray entertained us for about an hour, and I am now a HUGE fan! His wife’s voice is nuts! So great! Oh, and Reid enjoyed “winning” a fun treat from the Silent Auction! Oh dear! If you need me, we will be eating peanut butter sandwiches for the next month. Ha!

TWO

Oh Vail. I love you! Two years ago, Reid and I went to Vail to get away after the heartbreak of losing Sophie. Two weeks before we went, we found out I was pregnant AGAIN! While we had an amazing time that trip, it was colored with fear and hesitation. When we lost our little guy a month later, we knew we needed a Vail do-over!

So, last weekend, Reid and I went back for an early 15th year wedding anniversary celebration. We had SO MUCH FUN! Life is so busy, and it is always great to just reconnect once in awhile. Such a favorite of my week! I want to go back!

Tuesday was Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Day. I had many women reach out to me after Tuesday’s post telling me their stories. Thank you! I am honored to be a part of your journey. I am always here. Click here to read Tuesday’s post!

FOUR

People . . . Reid and I have found a new show! It is such fun, and we are really enjoying it! Stumptown! Check it out. The main character will always be Robin Scherbatsky from the great “How I Met Your Mother”, but we are working through it. Check it out! Wednesday nights on ABC, although we have been watching through the ABC app on Apple TV.
