Happy Friday, friends! In two days, it will be my birthday.  So, I am just going to start celebrating right now, if you don’t mind.  This morning, we have Christmas Chapel with my boys’ school, and then we are on Christmas break starting at 10am! Woohoo! What can beat one hour of Christmas songs?  I love me some “Joy to the World”! Who doesn’t cry at “Silent Night” when everyone lights their candles? I’m not the only one, right? And, I love “Little Drummer Boy”.  The classic version, not the new version by Justin Bieber where he LITERALLY sings that he is “psycho for Jesus”.  I mean, good for you Justin.  But, I have stopped my children from requesting that Alexa play that version over dinner.  Life with boys, my friends. And, well, it is a bit catchy. I admitted it.

Check back next week, and I am going to post my December book review. I read four books, and this is a basic outline of those books . . . I was scared to death, I was happy and in love, and I was super annoyed! Ha! So, definitely, check that out next week. Also, in early January, I am going to be posting a Best of the Best Book Review for the 2018 books I have read. Super excited about that post! I never meant for these book review posts to become a thing, but they have, and I just love it! Thanks for reading along!

So, I started something fun on December 1st, and that was sharing some of my favorite things with you.  I learned two things about myself this month:
1. I have a hard time with a Birthday Countdown.  I was missing days all over the place!
2. I am pretty boring.  My favorite things mostly revolve around food and beauty products.  Typical girl, I guess.

One other BIG favorite is you guys. It took me months to convince myself to jump off the cliff and start this blog. Your support has been overwhelming, and I have enjoyed chatting with so many of you, hearing your stories, praying for your strength, and getting to celebrate with you as well. Big things coming to Lunchbox Babies in 2019, and I am excited to have you on this road with me! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all of you!
